For Charities, Faith Organisations and Social Enterprises
Embedding inclusive values through evidence, empathy and action.
Connect 4 Change works with charities, faith groups, and values-led organisations to strengthen inclusion across strategy, training and culture. Matthew helps teams have the conversations that matter with kindness, clarity and confidence, so inclusion becomes part of everyday leadership, not an afterthought.

The Approach
The work bridges lived experience with organisational systems. Matthew begins with listening, then co-designs strategies that are both evidence-led and values-aligned. Each partnership is bespoke, from single-session training to full-scale programme evaluation, and focused on measurable, meaningful change.
