Matthew offers one-to-one sessions, small group programmes, childminder training and family mediation, helping parents and carers build calm, confidence and connection at home and school.

Q5. Do you work with parents of trans or gender-diverse young people?
Yes. Matthew provides affirming, non-judgmental support for families raising trans and gender-diverse children and young people.

Q6. Can university students access your support?
Absolutely. Matthew offers mentoring and tutoring for neurodivergent university students, focusing on executive function, study skills, self-advocacy and wellbeing.

Yes. Matthew delivers CPD and workshops on neuroinclusion, LGBTQ+ and faith sensitivity, and equality law, including the Equality Act 2010 and the Abrahart Ruling.

Matthew helps MATs and school leaders build sustainable inclusive cultures through curriculum and culture audits, mediation, leadership coaching and training.

Matthew assists higher education institutions with Access and Participation Plans (APPs), inclusive curriculum design, staff CPD, and conflict resolution around equality and inclusion.

They’re facilitated sessions that help leadership teams and governors discuss complex issues, such as gender, faith or inclusion, with clarity, empathy and integrity.
